各種脳磁計のセンサー

functionからreturnまでの%を削除してreturnまでをコピーしてhns_GetCoils.mという名前で保存してください。 hns_GetCoils(1)でNeuromag社脳磁計VectorViewのradial magnetometer 102ch、radial planar gradiometer 204ch、hns_GetCoils(2)で横河電機社製脳磁計PQ1400Qの radial axial gradiometer 210ch、tangential planar gradiometer 190chのチャンネル情報が出力されます。

磁束計の位置と法線方向

304箇所のradial magnetometerに等磁場線図を書くことにします。赤丸がセンサーの位置、青矢印が法線方向です。 広島大学病院のElekta Neuromag社製脳磁計Neuromag Systemの図で、赤丸がセンサー位置、青がradial planar gradiometer、緑がradial magnetometerです。 ATRの横河電機社製脳磁計PQ1400Rの図で、赤丸がセンサー位置、青がradial axial gradiometer、緑がtangential planar gradiometerです。
